Many well qualified advisors with demonstrated success are finding it difficult to justify their relationship with their broker-dealer and are looking for a premier advisory company to move their client base while still enjoying the financial benefit of those relationships.

Humboldt Financial, LLC is an independent financial planning and investment advisory company providing a boutique client experience on a very prestigious institutional investment platform. We are aligned with Trade-PMR as the custodian of our client assets. Trade-PMR is an excellent firm with cutting-edge technology, a strong balance sheet, and a top-notch platform for institutional investment.

Humboldt Financial, LLC is a fee-based advisory firm specializing in building and managing client investment portfolios that seamlessly help to facilitate financial and investing needs.

This is NOT a trainee position and qualified applicants should:

• Be currently or recently employed (3 years or more) with a broker-dealer as an investment or financial advisor
• Be able to work Full or Part time (Advisors are able to have 2nd career)
• Have successfully completed the Series 65 or 66 Exam and have current license
• Be ethical, motivated, MS Office proficient, great communicator and fun (clean U-4)
• Have book of business or client base they would like to maintain a relationship with and vice versa
• Be able to work from a satellite or home office with occasional meetings with Managing Director

Humboldt Financial, LLC is a pure fee-based advisor. Our clients are charged a fee if they engage in financial planning and/or a management fee on the assets we manage. Our asset management fees range from 0.35% to 3.00%, depending on asset size and portfolio complexity. Our advisors can build an annuitized revenue stream and are compensated 60%-90% of client fee. ( D.O.E. and size of Asset Base).
